It is understood by the parties to this Release Agreement that the releaser voluntarily releases the above-described animal to the Wildlife Intensive & Critical Care Unit free and clear of any claim of responsibility. I fully understand that I am releasing all rights to be involved in the animal's treatment, care, and placement. I further understand that this animal's treatment will be directed by a veterinary professional and may include humane euthanasia if deemed appropriate.
